During 1970s to 80s, the way of Japanese Volleyball coaching was respected and learned by almost all the countries because of not only the good results on Olympic Games or World Championships but the concept of coaching, spectacle performances, good fundamentals-techniques and schooling system.
However in the last two decades, many foreign coaches completed to learn from Japan by studying-understanding-respecting Japanese culture, history, education and even mentality. "It means that there is nothing to learn from Japan."
The major trend of Asian Volleyball is that none of Asian counties can compete in the world level (The same trend applies in other Asian sports).
