Problem of Asian Volleyball

As indicated above, there are many reasons existing in why none of Asian countries can compete in world level. It is apparent factors for Asian athletes to have power, talented player, professional sprit and the way to play against the height in world competition. In other words, Asian athletes are unable to compete anymore in world competition with only good fundamental skill, techniques and fighting sprit.

When I was in Europe, I did not have such problems of power, height, talented player and professional sprit or professionalism. Because players were well educated and disciplined in physical and mental aspects. Therefore I firstly focused on their weakness such as fundamental skills and techniques* based on individual level and secondly focused on systems, tactics and strategy** to be a winner, off course, according to individual/team level.
