I would like you to understand my opinion mentioned in the figure below that there is the order of priority;

1) Spirit (Mental Capabilities)
2) Physical Strength
3) Techniques

Meanwhile, �gTechniques�h is always supported by �gSpirit (Mental Capabilities)�h and �gPhysical Strength.�h At the same time, these are closely related each other. On the basis of this opinion, let�fs move on the next step; System, Tactics, Game Plans, Strategies.

You can change above mentioned priority order, �gSpirit (Mental Capabilities) Techniques Physical Strength�h into any different order depending on your idea, for instance, �gSprit (Mental Capabilities) - Physical Strength - Techniques�h or �gSpirit (Mental Capabilities) - Techniques - Physical Strength�h and so on. After all, the most important things are the order of priority in your coaching/teaching, balance of them, and interrelationship of them.
First of all, the Spirit (Mental Capabilities), in other words, understanding is urged in order to learn and master the bases (fundamentals), then, the Physical Strength is required, and finally, those elements bring the Techniques to the athletes. The higher the level of the Techniques is desired, the more mental training *1) is demanded to deepen athletes�f understanding of the Techniques. At the same time, the higher Techniques are obtained only through physical training. The method of watching world top performance, then trying to make your own athletes do the same performance or copy those skills, and giving repetition to the athletes aiming to obtain the skills will cause not only injury on athletes but also induce various kinds of problems i.e. one-sided conversation through coaches�f forcing, stress on the athletes because of it, letdown, and incapacity to redefine goals.
