Movement

The movements for bases in Adachi Style:
There are 2 types of movement in Adachi Style Bases.

1)General Movement
2)Specific Movement

Regarding the specific movement mentioned above, the details are as following:
a) Movement for Service
b) Movement for Service Reception
c) Movement for Setting
d) Movement for Attacking
e) Movement for Blocking
f) Movement for Flore Defense
g) Movement for Connecting Above Specific Movements

The above mentioned movements are common movement flow within volleyball. Basically, the priority here is making each individual player move naturally without any stress. If you try to build up velocity on your players in this phase, they might lose the connection of each movement. Therefore, you need to be very careful to teach players in this phase.

In addition, you might be able to create effective training by making these drills simplified and using them as worming up or preparation for main training. Letfs get back to the gSpirit, Techniques, and Physical Strengthh. First of all, begin the process from Understanding - Setting Respective Goal - Imaging (Visualization) - Executing (Just Do It, Do Not Try). Secondly, reconsider your awareness as an athlete or coaching staff, and then, master the movements required for volleyball. Realize again that these fundamental movements are crucial for any kinds of sports. Try to avoid wasting time concerning gRepeat movements/swing at any time, any placeh observed in baseball and golf.

Also, you need to categorize and analyze all the time the above mentioned items "General Movement"and "Specific Movement" in more detail to check if the context has theoretical connection. You will be able to create drills unlimitedly regarding the movement of "General Movement"and "Specific Movement". It is important to stop copying other coachfs drills and set up training effectively.
