As the next step, it is a role for a coach to introduce an appropriate system to individuals or entire team.

Now, I would like to explain about some systems used in volleyball.
In general, the following systems are recognized in the volleyball society.

The baseball club coach’s way was mainly scolding or oppressive. They sometimes said, when a player missed something” What did you do? What did you think this game” or “You could not win the game” I heard and saw” I could not understand his words, because there was not any explains for their fault. Moreover I was immediately aware of their club did not have a lively communication each other.

I would like to analyze this result in my own way.
Firstly, the Spirit (Mental Capabilities) of Japanese players, in other words, their consciousness and motivation has reached enough level to win this championship, because the environment for every match in Japan has reached the world top level, and that is never worse than that in Brazil or in Italy.

Many people still remember about the FIFA Confederations Cup in June 2005 in Germany. We were impressed with the comments of the Japanese national players. They respect not only developing techniques but also raising consciousness by each of them. We sympathize with their way of thinking. The comments have proven their “professionalism” that most of them do have. In the football world in Japan, the environment surrounding athletes and coaches has reached “the professional level” generating significant difference from other sports including the volleyball society.

The football society in Japan has the environment for learning and coaching their own sport, which has worldwide communications. The information demanded by Japanese coaches are provided through the foreign coaches those belong to the J-League teams, and this system seems to fit into young football athletes. The era in which most coaches had concentrated on only spirit, gut, stimulating that we used to see has been over. The attitude of trying to figure out how to make your own athletes concentrate on training with high level of consciousness should be the critical element to get success in the future on the international stage.
